Il Feudo extra virgin olive oil can be used for preparing both hot and cold dishes. For frying and roasting meat or fish, or the preparation of vegetables and dressings for salads. But it is also a real treat with bread. The best temperature for storing Il Feudo is 15 degrees Celsius. Should the olive become cloudy, allow it to acclimatise at room temperature and it will become clear again.
